The first session
During the first session, we take time to understand your current situation. We discuss your background, the tradition you follow, your practice and the questions that matter to you.
You can bring a specific question, a difficulty, or something you would like to explore. You do not need an established practice to begin.
We aim to clarify your question and choose something concrete to explore in practice or everyday life. When someone else would be better placed to help, I can suggest a different direction.
Each session stands on its own. If you wish to continue, later sessions focus on exploring the subjects that matter to you in greater depth. You do not need to commit to a series of meetings.
